Lens Technology:
All Polycarbonate Polarized lens are lightweight & impact resistance. They are treated with scratch-resistance hard coating with additional silver flash mirror (SFM) on the front side of the lens to enhance filtration. Plus, multi-layer anti-reflection (AR) lens treatment on the backside of the lens to enhance contrast. It also absorbs bounce back glare to reduce eye strain & fatigue. These lenses are ideal for outdoor & sporting activities as well as general all-purpose wear.
Frame Technology:
Aluminum-Magnesium (Al-Magnesium) are stainless alloy for optimal weight to resistance ratio, which is 50% lighter than titanium and best durability & lightness ratios of all alloy material. It weighs roughly about 28 grams or approximately 1 oz. It is also non-allergenic.
Monel is a nickel-copper extraction characterized by an excellent elasticity & a high level of resistance to corrosion & extreme temperatures.
All al-magnesium & Monel frames have spring hinges for a comfortable fit.
History:
Offering sunglasses since 1983. In 2002, we discovered this unique frame material of aluminum-magnesium (Al-Mg) and after doing an extensive market research. We came to the conclusion that polarized optics with this unique frame material is going to make us an innovative, cutting edge eyewear company. In 2003, we launched Golfer, Fisher, Trooper, & Camper styles for the Al-Mg collection.
Warranty:
XPO eyewear is warranted for one year, against manufacturer's defects. XPO will replace or repair, at its option, any sunglass found to be defective. Damage caused from improper or unreasonable use, along with normal wear such as lens scratching and accidental breakage is not a manufacturer's defect. For nominal fee, and if the parts are still in inventory, XPO will repair or replace frames and other parts required. XPO lenses are not warranted against scratching.
